Refund policy
Immediate Concerns (Within 12 Hours of Order Receipt): If you receive a product with defects , please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. To facilitate a swift resolution, email us at (2cihound@gmail.com) with clear pictures of the defect and a detailed explanation of the problem. Upon review and confirmation of the defect, we will replace the item with a new one or give the store a credit
Issues Discovered After 7 Days: We understand that some issues may only become apparent after use. If you encounter a problem with your product after 7 days of receipt, you may be eligible for store credit ranging from 10% to 50% of the value of the product. The exact credit awarded will be determined by the nature and severity of the issue.
All Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales are considered final upon purchase. We offer store credit as a resolution to product issues as described above, but we do not provide refunds.Replacement of goods is possible only with goods that are already in stock and do not require tailoring.
