Thank you for choosing [2C-I].
Every item is handmade by me — from the pattern to the final stitch. Each piece is sewn after your order is placed, which means you receive a unique, individually crafted product made with care and attention.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.

A defect may include:
 • construction errors (incorrect sizing due to my mistake, fabric defects, sewing faults);
 • damage that occurred before shipping.

To request a return or exchange:
 1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
 2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
 3. Once the defect is confirmed, I will offer a replacement or a refund.

Please note: items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
